- About
Dry Cave, located in the hills above Blue Creek Village, is a quiet and lesser-known cave that offers a unique contrast to its neighboring site, Hokeb Ha. A 20-minute uphill hike from Hokeb Ha leads you to this small but intriguing dry cave, aptly named for its lack of water. Unlike the more aquatic cave systems in the area, Dry Cave offers an easy walk-through experience that doesn’t require swimming or specialized gear, making it accessible to a broader range of visitors.
Inside, you’ll find interesting limestone formations such as stalactites and stalagmites, along with natural corridors and small chambers that spark the imagination. Though more compact than other caves in the region, its a worthwhile add-on for those seeking a more complete caving experience in Blue Creek.
